Free in-branch collection

All garden machinery and groundscare equipment arrives with us neatly packaged in a box or a crate in such a way as to minimise the size of the unit to be transported. Some of the equipment we sell requires very little set up work whilst other machines require whole sections to be assembled. This process can take anywhere from just a few minutes to several hours depending on the type of machine and level of disassembly in which any given manufacturer chooses to ship their product.

Our trained technicians will fully assemble your new machine so that you don’t have to do any assembly work yourself.

Free white glove delivery on machinery

We offer an extensive free delivery area for all garden machinery, from small handheld trimmers through to large ride on lawn mowers.

When you place an order, a member of our team will be in touch with you to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

All machinery supplied ready to use

Once your machine has been assembled it will undergo a thorough pre-delivery inspection.

Pre-delivery inspection goes hand-in-hand with our assembly processes. This is where we confirm that your machine has been built and assembled correctly, both at the factory and during our final assembly work, ensuring that everything is operating as it should. Most manufacturers insist on a thorough pre-delivery inspection because they know, as well as we do, that garden machinery and groundscare equipment comes off production lines very quickly and, whilst there are strict quality controls in place, things do get missed at the factories. The last thing anybody wants is for you to purchase a piece of machinery that’s not quite right, which is where the pre-delivery inspection comes in.

We are looking to ensure that everything is assembled correctly, that the safety functions all work correctly and that the machine runs properly and efficiently. There is a whole host of items we check during a pre-delivery inspection to ensure that everything is just right.

Each manufacturer has their own pre-delivery inspection process that we follow and document so that when you take possession of your new machine it is ready to use. Although your machine will be ready to use, we always recommend that you read the operator’s manual first.

Premium aftercare & sales backup

As part of our service, we will even dispose of all the packaging for you unless you request otherwise and we’ll also register your purchase with the manufacturer to activate your warranty where required.

What’s more, as we’re a main dealer for the majority of the brands we supply, we're trained to provide the aftersales support and backup that you rightly expect. From annual machinery servicing, add-ons and accessories to enhance your machine or simply if you have any questions about your machine itself, we’ll be here to help you get the most from your new purchase.
